Santosha Yoga Retreat with Amy
May 2-7, 2025
Santosha means acceptance of who you are and what you have and it is also a foundational principle of yoga. But does acceptance mean that you adopt an attitude of, "It is what it is" and stop trying to better your life and the lives of those around you? During this all inclusive 5-day retreat, we will explore the relevance of Santosha in your practice on and off of the mat. This joyful retreat is appropriate for all levels of experience and includes opportunities to explore Dominica's magical landscape through hiking and snorkeling excursions, plus relaxation by the pool and at the spa.
An all-inclusive yoga experience in a beautiful West Indies Caribbean volcanic island paradise. Jungle Bay is an Eco Resort with 2 onsite infinity pools, well-appointed, double occupancy rooms with en suite bathrooms and organic bath products.
